For Exterior application,such as curtain wall for building or shop facades,we highly recommend to use PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel,with the panel thickness not less than 4mm,and aluminum sheet thickness not less than 0.5mm.The Surface of PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel with 3 layers of PVDF(Fluorocarbon) coating with total thickness MIN.25μm can protect the panel from corrosion effectively.And if the panel and aluminum sheet are too thin,the strength will be much less accordingly.This has to be considered into engineering.
