Aluminum Composite Panel

Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP,ACM) , is one kind of modern interior, exterior wall decoration material as well as curtain wall and Indicating Board,shop facades and Advertising Board.
It consists of 2 pieces of thin but rigid aluminum sheets and a piece of plastic Polythene core in the middle like a sandwich. The AL sheets and the Polythene core are composite together by a special Polymer film. The surface of the aluminum sheets are painted with Fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating or Polyester (PE)coating for the natural weathering resistance. Normally PVDF has a life for 20 years without any color fading and PE has 10 years.As they are light in weight,and easy for fabrication,so it has been widely applied in world's projects.
